What I did
I co-founded Erria and worked on product, design, engineering, and getting the marketplace off the ground. We brought on more than 250 makers and listed over 10,000 products.
Working with makers
I visited studios in New York and California to see how the makers worked. I built onboarding, checkout, and payouts with Stripe Connect, plus support for made-to-order pieces and customization. It had to account for fragile goods and all the ways a piece of furniture can be configured.
Catalog tools
I used AI to organize product catalogs, match photos to the right variants, and generate images of configurations that hadn't been made yet.
